The armband is a hand-free solution for your smartphone so you can focus your running. An armband helps in keeping your phone in place so you can save time in burning those extra calories. This goes around your waist. You can either wear it up high towards the waist or in the middle or you can put it down lower on your hips. Belts are the most popular way to keep your valuables safe. The greatest choice for sweaty exercises and sporting events is a sports bra. Sports bras are made to support the breasts throughout any physical activity. sports bras are like double bras with additional layers and side panels. If you engage in cardiac activities like running, stepping, horseback riding, or tennis then a sports bra with a pocket is a good option to carry your phone.

  • Few women run with their phones tucked into their sports bra straps.
  • But a couple of times our phone either ends up getting sweaty or simply falling out the bottom. It’s not the best option. If you’re going for a walk or something very gentle, it might stay in place.
